Please note
Two things we cannot help with.
Unsolicited manuscripts. We are not currently open for submissions, and unsolicited manuscripts and proposals are not read or retained. See Rights & Trade for the current position.
Orders and deliveries. Books are sold and shipped by Amazon, not by us. We cannot see your order, change it or arrange a refund — Amazon customer service handles all of that.
